ChroChase Terms of Use

Welcome to ChroChase. ChroChase is operated by Zephyr, and these terms describe the basic rules for using the app and website.

1. Service description

ChroChase is a photo color matching and editing-reference tool. It uses a target photo and a reference photo selected by the user to generate a preview result and suggested editing directions.

2. Result disclaimer

Because every photo differs in content, lighting, color distribution, and image quality, generated results are not guaranteed to exactly match the reference photo.

3. User responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to edit, process, and export the photos you choose. Do not use ChroChase for illegal, infringing, or harmful purposes.

4. Pro license

A Pro authorization code is for the purchaser's personal use and may not be publicly shared, resold, or used for unauthorized cracking or redistribution.

5. Refunds

ChroChase Pro purchases are processed by Paddle as the merchant of record. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase according to the ChroChase Refund Policy and Paddle's refund process.

6. Availability

ChroChase is provided as a preview-stage product. We aim to improve stability and quality, but we do not guarantee a specific result for every image or editing scenario.
