ChroChase Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to ChroChase Pro purchases, which are digital software licenses for the ChroChase Android app.

1. Refund window

If you cannot activate ChroChase Pro or paid features do not work as expected, you may contact support within 7 days of purchase for a refund review.

2. Eligible refund reasons

Refunds may be considered when a valid purchase cannot be activated, Pro features are unavailable because of a product issue, or the delivered digital license materially differs from the product description on the pricing page.

3. Non-refundable cases

Refunds may be declined when the license has been used successfully and the request is based only on a change of mind, unsupported device environments, or photo results that are subjective and depend on source image content, lighting, and reference-photo differences.

4. Payment processor

Pro purchases are processed by Paddle. ChroChase does not directly process or store card details. Approved refunds are handled through Paddle according to the original payment method and Paddle's processing timeline.
