ChroChase Privacy Policy

ChroChase respects your privacy. The core photo processing workflow runs locally on your device. By default, your photos are not uploaded to our servers.

1. Photo processing

The target photo and reference photo you choose are used locally to generate look-matching previews, editing-reference parameters, and export results. ChroChase does not upload these photos by default.

2. Image access

The app accesses images only when you actively select them. It does not scan or upload your full photo library.

3. Image information

To generate a color match, the app may locally read image dimensions, color information, and necessary image metadata. This information is used for local analysis and export, not for advertising tracking.

4. Face and skin-tone detection

The app may perform local face or skin-tone region detection to protect portrait skin tones. Detection results are not uploaded to our servers.

5. License validation

When Pro features become available, entering a license key may send the license key and a locally generated device instance identifier to the licensing provider to validate license status and activation count. The device instance identifier is used for licensing only, not behavioral tracking.

6. Payment information

Pro purchases will be handled by Paddle. ChroChase does not directly process or store card details.
